Investigators intercepted a 70-year-old man and executed a search at 443 Rue Galt Ouest. Officers seized 15,800 illegal cigarettes and $770 in cash.

The individual now faces charges under the Code of Penal Procedure related to contraband tobacco sales. If convicted, he could face significant fines.
