Homicide Investigation: Public Assistance Needed in the Case of Alan Kruja

Sherbrooke, October 31, 2024 – The Sûreté du Québec’s Crime Against Persons Unit is requesting public assistance in the investigation of the homicide of Alan Kruja, a 21-year-old Sherbrooke resident, who was found deceased on October 3, 2024.

Authorities are seeking information related to a specific vehicle connected to the case. The vehicle of interest is a black 2015 LEXUS ES300H, initially displaying the license plate number X170823. It is believed the vehicle may now be using a different plate. Anyone with information is urged to contact emergency services at 1-800-359-4264 immediately.

On October 3, Sherbrooke police were called to a residence on Georges-Cusson Street, where a citizen had discovered the body of the young man. Due to visible signs of violence, the Sûreté du Québec took charge of the investigation, working closely with the Sherbrooke police to uncover the circumstances of this tragic incident.
